Chair Pilates classes are ideal for anyone who wants improve their core strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Meet liked-minded people & enjoy beautiful views while you work out.
Cost is koha/donation. You don't need to book – just join us at the Devonport Yacht Club at 10am Wednesdays!

Mornings: 9-10am, evenings: 6-7pm
Wednesdays
Early bird class: 6.15am-7.15am
Morning class: 9-10am
Chair Pilates – 10-10.30am (koha donation)
Thursdays
Mornings: 8-9am
Mat & chair Pilates classes are held at Devonport Yacht Club, 25 King Edward Parade. Mat classes are limited to 12 people, so please book in advance to secure your spot. See how to book.
